Engage your social media followers through video content. Post videos more frequently by having access to beautiful, branded templates in your organization’s Canva Pro account. These templates are easy to use, versatile, and editable. You’ll simply drop in short video clips, edit text, and post! We’ll work with you to create templates that fit the type of content you’re already posting, such as fundraising appeals, behind-the-scenes, impact stories, and more.

Product Details

What’s Included:

  • 3 branded video templates designed in Canva Pro using stock Canva footage or videos provided by your organization. (Additional templates available upon request and approval).
  • Templates will include several design elements that match your brand and the theme of your posts. 
  • Tips on how to shoot ideal footage to fit your new template(s).

Additional Information:

  • Template sizes will be created according to the latest recommendations by social media platforms at the project start date. 
  • Templates can be designed as: 1) Horizontal - Facebook, YouTube, Email (not recommended for Instagram) and 2) Vertical - Instagram (reels, stories), Facebook
  • Templates will be saved in your organization’s Canva Pro account as Brand Templates.
  • Templates will be fully editable so you can update photos, text, graphics, colors, etc. as needed.

Prerequisites:

  • Your organization must have a Canva Pro account. Sign up for a free nonprofit Canva Pro account here.
  • You’re already active on social media! (i.e. you can show evidence of posting weekly over the past year, including video content.)
  • You have access to a social media manager (either contracted or a dedicated staff member who has the skills and capacity to create content + manage social media channels).
  • You have opportunities for 'themed' content (e.g. impact stories, news/updates, behind-the-scenes, campaigns, etc.)
  • You have video footage and a way to capture footage that you can share, as well as some established brand colors, graphics, and fonts to design with.

Partner Responsibilities

During Production

  • Complete the forms we provide within the requested timeline.
  • Review each draft, providing edits and comments in a timely manner.

Post Production

  • Use your product to build relationships with current donors and/or new contacts! Unseen’s generous donors pay for your projects, so that you can in turn connect with your donors, raise funds, and help more people. It’s our greatest desire that you use the products we create together.
  • Survey #1 - Production Feedback Survey - You will receive a short 5-10 minute survey upon completion of the project that evaluates your experience with Unseen processes, staff, and creatives.
  • Survey #2 - Product Effectiveness Survey - Several months after your product arrives, you’ll receive a second 10-15 minute survey focused on how you’ve used the product and what results you are seeing.
